Headspace...Follow up




I have been using Headspace for a few months now.  I meditate nearly every day and I am really enjoying the process.  

After the 30 day basic pack, I started in on the anxiety pack and finished that.  Did it help?  I believe it is the reason my anxiety is now greatly reduced.  I still occasionally get that sudden anxious feeling, but it note it and move on.  And it subsides.  Like a miracle.  I am working through the Appreciation pack now.  I am not sure it is resonating with me and I might move on to Relationships. 

I purchased an entire year and do not have any regrets spending the money.

Has it improved my relationships?  Well being?  I believe it has improved those things too, although I will always be a work-in-progress.  I note in my calendar my good days and bad days emotionally.  

I recently had a string of 14 good days.  

Considering as recently as six months ago, I was hitting one good day in two weeks, I'd say something is working and I will keep using Headspace to meditate just in case it's the key (I do think it is one of several things that are working for me right now).

I'll give you another update in a few months' time and see how it's going.  Meanwhile, if meditation is something you've been considering, please give it a try.
